The Harland Broadcasting Corporation, commonly abbreviated as HBC, is a media conglomerate founded in 1992 as a local television station. In 2001 they acquired the local radio station, KTTQ 92.4FM, and rebranded it as HBC Radio. Now, HBC is a semi-large conglomerate with a 24-hour TV news station, radio services, and websites for both news and entertainment videos. They were the first news outlet to report on the activities of the shadowy Caecus Group, in July of 2018.

The HBC building itself, the company's main headquarters, is a relatively new building, having been constructed in 2017.
