Caecus Shock Trooper
	Caecus Troops are highly-trained terrorist footsoldiers working for the Caecus Group. Loyal to a fault, they follow orders swiftly, without mercy, and to mission parameters. Whether they are silently kidnapping a foreign dignitary or bombing a shopping mall, shock troopers work with the efficiency of spec ops and only 2 have ever been killed by police responders. But then some random reporter gal shows up and straight-up murders a whole task force of these guys. How embarrassing.
